How does the ingredient you experimented with affect the food's overall characteristics? For my project I made creme brûlée, but I experimented with what would happen if you replaced the cream. One of the most crucial ingredients of creme brûlée is the cream, for both flavor and texture purposes. The cream is part of what makes it set into smooth, silly, and sweet custard. For my experiment, I substituted two ingredients for the cream, greek yogurt and low fat milk.
